Bring Yoga off the Mat!

I watched a documentary the other day and it was about Yoga and taking Yoga off the Mat. First it was a bit unclear to me how to do that and what it would exactly meant to do that. As Yoga is not just a practice or a physical exercise, it’s so much more and had such a deeper meaning than you might think.

For me, Yoga has been so far a practice to stabilise my Body and Mind in Peacefulness and Mindfulness, together with the Physical exercise aspect of it. It makes me feel good to do Yoga and it’s a great start of the day! I prefer doing Yoga in the morning, when I get up, before getting ready for my day. And Yoga is for Everyone! No matter what Age, Size, Shape, Ethnicity or Religion.

But, I learned now that Yoga does not just help you in that moment of doing the positions but that there is so much more to it! You can bring Yoga with you during your day in a way that you can reflect your Yoga into whatever you’re doing during the day or towards other people.

It’s like with Mindfulness, you bring your stabilised energies from your Body and Mind into your daily routine and keep that Feeling and Mindset during the rest of your day. I do feel it’s a process of Learning to do that, as we always can have “challenging” moments in our day when our Mindfulness or Inner Peace gets “tested”. Then, it will be the Art to try to keep Being in your Inner Peace space and Mindfulness and not let the challenges come to you or taking over your Inner Peace.

It definitely requires practice, as I noticed myself, but I Do feel when you Create the Intention to bring your Yoga Feeling, that you have established in your morning practice, into the rest of your day, it can change So much within your own Inner Peace, your Mood, your Reflection towards other people and your own Inner Happiness! And it definitely helps with fighting Stress, Anxiety and Depression!

I learned that Yoga is, indeed, so much more than the physical practice On the mat. And I’m so Happy and Grateful that I learned that about Yoga. I also learned that the Intention of wanting to practice Yoga should not be Just the intention to practice it for your Physical development only but Also for the Total development within your own Spirituality, Compassion, Self Love, Unconditional Love and Mindfulness.

I’ve seen this documentary on Gaia.com which is kind of the Netflix for Spirituality and Consciousness. Lots of videos, short films, documentaries, Series, but also practices for Yoga, Meditation and Pilates. I definitely can recommend this channel to you as there is so much knowledge shared about different subjects within Spirituality, Consciousness and Mindfulness.

There are a lot of “role models” used within Coaching which works for a lot of people but also for a lot of people there is need of a different approach, a different plan, different steps to take….simply because everyone is different. Better to say, You are Unique.

It’s with a lot of things, what works for one doesn’t have to work for somebody else. So it is very important to assess someone in a very personal way.

That’s why Holistic Coaching is more personal and customised. The client will be assessed on a Personal, Mental and Spiritual level as these are all connected and are very important aspects in Life.

Some restrictions, problems or issues might seem to be caused by stress for example, but the true reason can be buried deeper or in another aspect or at another level than you might think.

Holistic Coaching is about truly finding the reason behind the “problem” and finding the best ways to create the Change that is desired and to make You feel good, happy and confident within yourself again as well, as a whole on all levels within your being.

Sometimes other Holistic Treatments, like Reiki Healing, Crystal Therapy or Meditation, can be beneficial to combine with the Coaching to get the best results and to create a Better and Happy You again.

2017 – A Number 1 Year

“Number 1 Years are for New Beginnings, Opportunities, Chances and New Challenges, a great Year to start something New or to finally Set that long wanted Goal or Dreams”

Everyone is making new Resolutions for the New Year, which is great! But ask yourself, how many times did you make Resolutions and when you look back at the end of the Year, you might have completed a view but there might be also a lot of things you didn’t do, for whatever reason.

When you make Resolutions for the New Year, set Goals for yourself, it’s not just about Saying or Writing it down….it’s a Mindset.

You, yourself, in the first place, Have to Believe that you will Do it, that you Can do it and that you will Succeed. Nobody can make you move, You have to do it yourself. You need to find the Spirit within yourself that gives you the Drive to get Started and to Keep Going.

Also, be Open for new Opportunities, Chances, Changes and Challenges. Maybe some things might not always come your way like you would want it, but you just Need to keep in mind that it will help you Forward. It will help you Grow, Develop and become Successful in what you have planned out for yourself.

So the main thing is to Stay Focussed, no matter what. Don’t let yourself Distracted by other people or circumstances, and if it happens then get back on track as soon as you can. The less time you stay distracted, the easier it is to get back into your routine again.

Also don’t make Goals only because it makes you look better towards others. As if you do this, you won’t succeed. You Always need to do it for yourself, with your Own Believe in it and your Own Motivation. You might have tried it before, to set a goal basically more for others than for yourself….and what was your result? For some people it might have helped, as they sometimes need that kind of Motivation to succeed, but for the majority of people….they take off with Big Enthusiasm but are not able to keep it up.

Always, always make changes in your Life because You want to make a change!

Leaves me to say, for now, get a Notebook….write down what your Goals and Plans are for this year, use a Journal to track yourself down, every day, and Reward yourself every month (just with something small) for your Achievement that month. This also gives you extra Motivation to keep going.

Universal Healing Power

Yesterday I did some Healing exercise with my daughter and a friend as our friend was reading in Shanna’s Healing book and liked to try out an exercise.

Afterwards she came towards me and gave me a note she wrote after the experience with me……
It touched me big time as it was not just very sweet of her to write this down for me but also because it was again a big confirmation for me.

I asked her if I had her permission to share this with all of You and she was okay with that…..so I translated her words to share the letter here with You……

Energy experience with Angelique

I felt a connection very quickly.
Immediately there was lot of energy between our hands and I also felt a kind of balance in there like our Energies were working together and strengthen even more.
I felt there was no negative energy in there at all and also that her energy didn’t want to overrule mine.
The energy was really hanging in between our hands and it felt really big.
Then later on I was prepared to receive her energy and when she started sending I received a huge loaded energy which felt really powerful!!
This, Angelique, is not that it was just so Powerful……
I have the impression that you have Energy in you which comes from the Universe, Energy that has chosen You as a carrier….
I am convinced this is not just something you have without reason……You indeed have a kind of Mission to fulfill.
When, how, with who……? That will be your part of the assignment.
A point of you to work on : dose your Energy in strength, recognise in which situation you need to slow down or the other way around….also not to let people ‘steal’ your Energy.
In the way I feel I might be helpful I will support you.
