Positivity is the way to move Forward



When you have a Positive Mindset you Feel better within yourself
and you are also able to make better decisions. You feel more Confident and are more focused on what you want.

Positivity is very Powerful as it comes with the right Energy you need to make progress in your Life and your Goals. When you feel down and Negative within yourself you find easily enough reasons why things are not working out for you, why you don’t want to do anything about it  (as it doesn’t work anyway, or I’m not good enough ) so you are very easy and quick in finding lots of excuses.

The problem is, when you are in a state like that, it’s often very hard to turn your mood around. Your thoughts are negative, you feel bad within yourself….and the more you start to think with these vibrations the more it keeps you down. In this way you won’t be able to do anything about your situation or your plans as you simply don’t believe in it yourself.

The moment you are able to turn the energy around into Positive vibrations, by yourself or with help from someone, you start to recognise that things Can be different and that you Are able to do things. You start to Believe in yourself and see thing from the Bright Side. At once things start to make sense and you start to see what didn’t work for you but what Will work for you.

At that point you can start making plans, if you know What you want to do or want to change, as that comes first of course. Once you know, it’s time to Do something about it. And you Will as you feel empowered to take action, to move forward! You get Excited and Motivated!

Even if you take little steps forward…it still means you’re moving Forward. Some things just take time and can happen or change overnight. But that’s okay, you need to Allow yourself time to make these changes. And if you feel you need any kind of support….get it! It might be a Coach, it also might be a good friend or family member. Asking for help and support is good! Often it’s easier when there is someone you can turn to when you might feel a bit stuck or when your confident goes down a bit, then at least there is someone who can help you back into Motivation.

Don’t underestimate the Power of Positivity, as it works in Everything! Using Positivie Affirmations is a Great tool to use to keep your level of Positivity up. Writing your plans down in a Journal is also a good tool, update your Journal daily as this will keep you on track and motivated as well.

A Positive Attitude and Mindset helps to Change your Life, how you Dream it, how your Want it.

How to deal with Unwanted Energies?

It’s not always easy for us to deal with the other World as it is. We face challenges, have struggles, deal with worries, insecurities. But it’s all part of our Journey, these are our lessons. People we meet come on our Path for a reason. People might be there to challenge you or to learn you something. Embrace every situation as something Positive, even though it might not always seem to look like that or when you don’t experience it in the first place as something Positive.


But try to reflect it back, step back from it and look at it from a bit more distance. Try to see the meaning or reason behind it. How did you respond? Was it the right way for you to respond? Or should you maybe respond in a different way so that it won’t affect you too much like it did in the first place. What can you change about your own attitude in that particular situation, in a more positive way? Can you recognise the part what you needed to learn from this? Did you learn something from it and will you respond in a better way the next time in a similar situation?Things and situations happen for a reason, to teach us how to deal with it. Can we control our anger and frustration or do we let it take control over us?

What is the energy we reflect back on the other? Is it an energy filled with negativity, anger and frustration or is it an energy filled with love so we don’t allow the negative energy come at us in the first place? Energies get less powerful when the reaction back is the opposite. Negative energy can’t sustain when the energy that is send back is positive. It will more or less calm down the negative energy and the negative energy will become powerless.

The more you Feed negative energy, the more it will grow.

Sending out energy to others, no matter the situation or how it might affect you on a personal level, when you send back an energy of understanding with love, to actually Help the other person get rid of the negative energy as well, it will change very quickly.

People might not be grateful to you in the first place, but even in their subconscious mind, they will realise what you just have done. Their anger and frustration will not be on the surface for any longer after that as your positive energy helps them to calm down, relax and realise that the negative energy is not very helpful at all, that it is not the right solution to solve any kind of situation. People might turn back to you later on and even apologise as they will feel bad about it themselves how they have been treating you.

Even when people don’t have the courage and strength to apologise to you, you will see and feel a difference in their approach towards you later on. Take that as well as a form of apologies. Don’t judge people yourself either as often it’s not always clear what is happening within themselves, where they struggle with or how they feel. People might reflect their mood on you but it doesn’t have to be meant personal to you, more reason to reflect back with love energy and understanding.

Then, let go of it, don’t keep the situation on board, release that energy from your Self so you don’t carry that energy around, but release it with love. This will make you feel much better as you don’t hold on to unnecessary energies and you might have helped someone by sending your love energy. It can be something they need so badly to be able to solve their own situation.

Be the example, Be the Light, Be the Love.

You have the Key to Happiness!

You might recognise it when I say that a lot of people look for Happiness everywhere But within  themselves.

Actually it’s You, your Self, where Happiness can be found. True, Infinite Happiness you will never find just “out there”, like through others, through things, your work…… As long as you Don’t. Feel Happiness within Your Self, you will never be Truly Happy, in an Infinite way.

We all look for Happiness as who doesn’t want to Feel Happy and Alive?! But why is it sometimes so hard to find? Where do I look and what do I need to do?

Happiness is within You.

Happiness is a Peace of Mind, Feeling Tranquil, No Stress, No Worries, No Anxiety. And all these things are within You. So All the things that Don’t belong there and ‘block’ the way to your Happiness, you need to get rid of. And the sooner the better!

It’s not just that Stress, Worries, Anxiety, Fear are in your way of your Happiness Experience, it can also make your Body become ill. As all of those mentioned are Negative Vibrations, Negative Energies. And you surely will understand that Happiness ( Positive Vibes and Energy ) doesn’t go hand in hand with Negative Vibes and Energies.

So to be Truly Happy within your Relationships, in your Work, in your Environment, with your Friends etc you First need to Create Happiness within Your Self. And how do you do that?

You might have tried to Be and Feel “Happy” before. But where did you try to get it from? Be honest to yourself now. Did you Really try to Create this from Within Your Self or did you find more Satisfaction ( temporary happiness ) through other people, a new relationship, a new job, buying things you always wanted to have?

Because If you are not Happy within your Relationship or your Job for example…..is it then Really the Relationship or Job…..or are you not Happy within Your Self? It can work in strange ways, but when you are not Truly Happy within Your Self, a lot of things around you, like a Relationship or Job might seem not a Happy place to be anymore either. As it’s not really Objective anymore.

When you Are truly Happy within Your Self and still not like your Job or feeling not good about your Relationship it’s from another Perspective. As then it’s not really about Happiness anymore but other Factors and Reasons you can see more Clearly as it’s not the Happiness that’s on your way. You start to get a bit what I try to explain here to you?

So to find True Happiness within Your Self (again) it’s important to deal with Factors like Stress, Anxiety, Worries and Fear. Replace them for Inner Peace, Balance and Mindfulness. See You and Love Your Self! Truly Love Your Self!

Go out more in Nature or do other activities that Relaxing You, have you tried Meditation or Yoga? A great way, And combination, to get your Body and Mind back in Balance again. Be Creative, draw, paint, read, start knitting, start exercising ( this releases a lot of stress and anxiety as well ) use Positive Affirmations ( Very Powerful! )…..Find something that Works for You to get rid of Stress, Worries, Anxiety and Fear.

Once you are more Balanced, Peaceful and Tranquil within Your Self you will See things around you more Objective and will Help you to make Better Decisions in Any area of your Life.

You Deserve it to Be Happy! So work on it! Don’t wait till tomorrow, Start Now!
