Exciting times!

It has been a very busy week! As you probably know I’ve been setting up an online shop here on my website, but to do so I needed to give my website a fresh look. And personally, I’m very happy with the result!

The shop is nearly ready to be opened, though I’m still waiting for some stock to arrive. Hopefully it will arrive soon and I can finally start with my online shop!

Over time I might have to amend some things, but that’s all part of this journey. You’ll only learn when you’re in the middle of it!

I wanted to set up an online shop for quite some time now, and now was the right time to do so, as I got the opportunity to do so. And when opportunity knocks on your door, you have to answer the door, otherwise the opportunity leaves towards someone else who Does open the door! That how the Universe works, and if you recognise that, you’ll never miss out on an opportunity ;-)

Letting Go is Healing

How often do you hold on to things, for too long, and later on realise that it’s only causing you more harm, stress and anxiety than needed? We’ve all been there and it’s not always easy to deal with.

Though “Letting Go” is a very important part when it comes to Healing. When you hold on to for example Anger, Sadness, Doubt, Fear, Insecurity, Jealousy and Stress, it creates stress and anxiety not only in your physical body but also in your energetic body.

Maybe you already are aware of the fact that illnesses are created in your energetic body first, before they hit the physical body. So if we hold on too much and too long of negative energies that basically don’t really serve us well, we can create physical issues.

Once it reached the physical body, it’s much harder to clear and cleanse the negative energies as then it needs to be removed from the physical body first and then throught the energetic body. So we do ourselves well by releasing these negative energies as soon as possible, so Before it hits our physical body.

Letting Go is basically accepting and not giving it anymore attention or energy so you don’t “feed” the negative energies, but basically let them desolve and replace for positive energies.

Not giving attention to it anymore can already be done by not keeping it in your mind any longer, as our Mind can create strong energies within ourselves and body, either negative or positive. So what would you prefer to set your intentions to? Don’t underestimate the Power of the Mind.

Using Positive Affirmations do really help to change your Mindset into a more Positive Mindset, and so does Meditation and sessions of Energy Healing or even Hypno Therapy.

Holding on too much stress and anxiety can literally make you physically ill, and it’s not worth it. You can’t change the Past and you don’t know yet what the Future will bring, so if you are able to live in The Now then there is no space for stress and anxiety as this mainly exists from worries and fear.

Use your internal power to Heal your Self by Letting Go of situations you can’t control, or situations that no longer serve you, or people that no longer should be in your life.

Letting Go is Healing your Self, Letting Go is taking control over your own Life and not let Life, people or situations control You.

World of Synchronicity

Some people see Sequence Numbers, like 11:11, 22:22, 13:13, 22:44 etc, while other people experience a lot of “coincidences” or find things on their path like feathers and coins.

Synchronicity happens to those who “See”, who are open to receive and recognize “coincidences” as something meaningful, something that happened for a reason or a sign of guidance or a kind of message for you to find out the meaning behind it.

Myself, I literally see Sequence Numbers every day. For me it means guidance, the messages behind the number makes sense with what is going on in my life at that particular moment or day, or where my thoughts are at. It’s almost a form of communication with the Universe, or with your guides. Again, this happens when you are open to recognize these signs and messages.

I use a great website to find the meaning behind the Sequence Numbers, and for me it really helps me to move forward in the right direction. Sometimes it’s even just a reminder, to keep me focused on what I am supposed to do in terms of my Life Path and Soul Mission. 11:11 is one of the first Sequence Numbers people start to see

As I mentioned before, other signs of Synchronicity are finding coins or feathers on your way. I collected already an amount of feathers, big ones and small ones who were just in front of me, on the ground, at a location where you wonder how the feather arrived there.

My daughter had once an experience that a little girl, out of the blue at a music event, came walking up to here, gave her a bright white feather without saying a word, to then turn around and just walk away again. It’s those moments that you think “what just happened here?” To mention that my daughter was going a bit through a rough time at that moment, and so she recognized it as a message from the Universe, or her guides, that all was going to be okay, and it did. Up till today she still kept the feather even though it’s now over 10 years ago.

When I find things on my way, coins or feathers, when I pick them up I always say “Thank You”, to show my appreciation and for being Grateful to receive this sign or message.

I do a lot of meditation as well, every day, mostly in the evening before sleeping. Not only it helps massively with emptying my mind from daily thoughts and calming my mind from the daily rush, but I also notice that I am much more open and receptive to receive messages, signs and guidance in many different ways, which one of the main one is seeing the Sequence Numbers every day, several times a day.

I note the numbers down in my diary, so I can also see what Sequence Numbers come back more often than others. At some days a lot of the same number appear in my sight. I know when it’s a sign, or message, when I felt drawn to look into a certain direction, and then see a number, or pick up my phone for no reason and then see the Sequence Numbers as the time at that moment.

Infinite Synchronicity, it’s always there when you are able to See

Healing Facts of Herbs

Still a lot of people wonder if Herbs and Spices are actually working. I can say from my personal experience, “yes they do work”. It’s been since ages ago that the healing properties of herbs are written in texts and documents, and Herbalists these days study and research this to get the best healing benefits from it and to be able to help people in the best tailored way.

Herbs strengthen digestion:  

Most chronic disease starts with poor digestion. Many culinairy herbs have been used for thousands of years, not only for the good taste but also to help with digestion. More than often people have had poor digestion for so long that they assume it’s a natural part of life. Herbs and spices can help strengthen the digestion and often people experience that other complaints disappear.

The following symptoms are related with poor digestion: bloating, gas, indigestion, heartburn, constipation, nausea, poor appetite, recurring diarrhea and ulcers.

Herbs are high in anti-oxidants: 

Anti-oxidants are an important key to limiting the damage done to the body by oxidative stress, which has been linked to heart disease, liver problems, arthritis, premature skin ageing and eye damage. Plants have been changing and evolving with bacteria for millennia, they have a very complex system that may make it harder for pathogens to adapt to them.

Although it can be necessary to use pharmaceutical antibiotic for certain conditions, doing so can have a far-reaching negative effects, particularly on our gut flora, which is the beneficial bacteria in our digestive tract. Pharmaceutical antibiotics act by wiping out all bacteria, even the beneficial ones. Antibiotic after all means “anti-life”.

Spices can be strongly anti microbial without being “anti-life”, instead of “knocking out” everyting they come in contact with, plants can be chosen for the specific type of infection. Plants can also be very effective against viruses and fungal infections. Herbs can go beyond simply “killing” a pathogen and also support the ecosystem of the body, they can restore integrity to mucous membranes and support healthy gut flora.

Fall Asleep Meditations

You want to sleep peacefully, without a mind that is in overload of processing everything from the day, without strange dreams…..just peacefully

If you are familiar with Meditations you know that there are different ways to meditate. You can meditate on just purely relaxing music or sounds, you can meditate out in nature, you can do a guided meditation but you can also do a “fall asleep” meditation.

A “fall asleep” meditation is basically a guided meditation with a kind of hypnosis in it as well. Because of the hypnosis aspects in it, the meditation and the guided voice is still working for you in your subconscious, even though you are asleep and unconscious basically.

If I had a very busy day or watched a pretty intense movie for example, I can bet on it that I will dream a lot, but then a lot of weird stuff. I won’t say nightmares but still things that don’t make sense or are confusing or leaving me with a weird feeling when I wake up in the morning.

Almost every evening I either do a meditation just before going to bed, or I do a “fall asleep” meditation while in bed and just snooze off during the meditation. And it really helps with putting my mind at ease, no weird dreaming and waking up with a much better feeling.

I find the “fall asleep” meditations basically on YouTube and my favourite channel for these meditations is called “Unlock Your Life”. They have meditations with different subjects so I’m sure you can find one that suits you best as well.

I like to say, keep on dreaming but keep it at peace!
