I watched a documentary the other day on Gaia.com about Ayahuasca. For me, studying Herbalism, I feel that Ayahuasca is one of the strongest Herbal Medicine, as it learns you what you need to know, you really connect with Mother Ayahuasca and it has healing properties like no other plant or herb. I can change your life in so many ways.

Ayahuasca is a Herbal Brew, made in the jungles of Peru by Native Shamans and it’s a Tea or what a Herbalist would call it, a Decoction, meaning a strong Tea. It’s always made from 2 plants; one of which contains the hallucinogen Dimethyltryptamine ( DMT ), which is a true psychedelic in the same class as LSD, Psilocybin and Mescaline. In the Amazon,

Ayahuasca is a legally recognised sacred medicine, to heal physical and psycho-spiritual ills. Beyond the Amazon, the legality of Ayahuasca is still a gray area.The Vine of the Soul teaches you everything you need to know.Can it really Heal our Minds and Spirits?

Westerners have lost their Cultural Roots, they have lost the knowledge of the use of Natural or Traditional Medicine. Ayahuasca makes you learn. Ayahuasca is a means for man to get to know the different Realms of Existence. The Source of all Creation makes us see where man comes from that he comes from space, where energy comes from in form of Light.We are all formed through a relationship of Nature, Energy and Light.

Before the Ayahuasca ceremony you set an intention. At the beginning, after taking in the Ayahuasca, the Energy can be a bit heavy, so you need to clear that.You can sing, chant a mantra and bring in Light. It pushes out the negative Energies and it Clears the space. It makes you purge, which prepares the Mind and Body for the Inner Journey ahead.

The Chanting then carries people into a Realm beyond the 5 senses. You create a relationship with the Chanting.You become the other, and the other becomes You.There is a link because you are in such a hight state of Consciousness, you become very aware of the other, and the other becomes very aware of your energy. It Manifests in your own visual state.

What’s interesting about Ayahuasca is you don’t have to have Faith, like you need to have in a Religion.It’s the perfect tool for skeptics. Don’t believe what anybody tells you, take it and have the experience.

Ayahuasca is not for everybody, it is a very powerful medicine. It has to be placed and used in a proper way. If they don’t know how to do that it can create a psychological shock that will leave a trauma. With Ayahuasca one has an opportunity to experience oneself as whole and complete. If you can actually get that you’re whole and complete, what is there to be filled from the outside anymore? There’s no longer a need for it.

Ayahuasca can help people see that in two or three ceremonies, if it’s the appropriate shamanic leader and if it’s the right environment.That is a potential to heal addictions.

Ayahuasca has 2 functions, Self Discovery and trying to Understand better Who you are. It also helps you to Connect with the Invisible World, the Spirit World.It could be related to Nature, the Meaning of God, having a clearer sense of what it means for You in your Life. It helps you redefine yourself in relationship to that.

Ayahuasca is used for many reasons, for example as a Teacher of the Healing powers of plants.Ayahuasca is in many ways the key to the door that allows you into Plant Teacher World. It allows you to access the other Plant Teachers in a more profound way. A Plant Teacher is you look at a Plant as a being, which has a personality as each human does. You take on the traits of a Plant. Plants are very sensitive and intuitive and in Healing you need to be very sensitive and intuitive.

When one drinks a lot, death approaches, the presence of the energy of death. But with Ayahuasca it is not a physical death. It is a symbolic death of fear…..especially of fear. The death of the Ego, the death of things from the Past. But there comes a moment when you can no longer resist and accept death. Then fear is broken and Peace, Tranquility and Love come in.Ayahuasca is going to meet you where you’re at in terms of what needs to happen and potentially to go very deep into your own fears, and challenges, and personal growth.

Ayahuasca gives you a tool to actually approach this phenomenon experimentally. Ayahuasca can be a valuable component of treating things as psychiatric conditions, depression, anxiety, addictions, things that modern Western medicine, hasn’t really done a good job of addressing.

Always, but always use Ayahuasca Only in presence of a genuine Shamanic Healer or in a special Ayahuasca Retreat.

2018, a Year “11” which represents New Beginnings

“Do you feel the urge to Create an Amazing Year for yourself?”

Every year, after our New Year’s celebrations people come up with all kinds of Resolutions for the New Year. Some will succeed in doing so when they look back on it at the end of the Year. But a lot of people don’t succeed and for that matter already don’t make Resolutions as they feel they’re not gonna be able to do it anyway. So, even the trying is gone ;-)

Funny enough, even though this year is only a few days “old”, I’ve heard from so many people that they Feel this is gonna be a Great, Fantastic or Amazing year for them. Which I feel is awesome, as that means that people set out the intentions to actually Create a Wonderful year for themselves!

In Numerology the year 2018 is a Number 11 year. So if you like to pick a year for New Beginnings, then this might be the Right year for you! Number 11 is a Master Number in Numerology and carries the foundation for New Beginnings. As you might know, setting out intentions is a powerful way to start Creating and Manifesting. Keeping your Mind focussed on what you like to achieve this year, can very much so Result in what you want to achieve this year, or in the years to come.

Last year there was a Lot of focus on becoming Successful, Rich, Earn lots of money……the advertisements were in your face basically All the time. But slowly towards the end of the year it seems that the focus of people (and advertisement) goes more into the direction of Health, Mindfulness, Balance, Healthy Foods, Less Chemicals, Illness prevention, Organics. And I think that is great!

Personally, I feel as well that 2018 is gonna be an Amazing Year! At least, I work on to set the Intentions to Create one, even though the first days of this year I was already challenged in a certain personal way, but, it doesn’t distract me from my own Goals and Resolutions for this year.

My year will be in focus of more study, Herbalism, Holistic Therapies but also how I place my Self in the World, towards others, my Friends, Family, Acquaintances. I always Feel that I can improve my Self in certain ways and I Feel that as long as I keep working on my Self, it will get better and easier. If I compare my Self now with my Self a couple of years ago, then I can say that I feel proud of what I already have achieved and how much I have learned and improved my Self, for my Self but also towards others.

I like to keep working on my Positive Attitude and Mindset, to stay in my centre when I get challenged in a certain way. As something only “hits” us as much as how we Let it hit us. It’s not always easy, as often after a certain challenge you might ask your Self why you let yourself getting so upset, or getting it to you so much. But, at that point it’s another learning moment and you try to do it better next time. It’s all a process of learning, accepting, allowing and moving forward again.

I feel Life becomes exciting when you’re facing challenges, get opportunities, meet new people and recognise how you Change over time. You might recognise yourself that you can have a very different Perspective on something now comparing to a year or a couple of years ago. Isn’t that awesome?!

Before I start to rumble on and on about challenges and opportunities, I like to use this moment, now you are here with me, to ask your Self how You can make 2018 an Amazing year for you. What would you like to change, what Resolutions did you came up with so far or maybe you like to keep it all in the open ;-) Which is great as well! Just Go with the Flow!

At least I hope that you are Excited as I am, for this new year and having a good feeling about it as well! I hope this Number 11 year will bring you Great New Beginnings in every possible way! Imagine, Believe and Achieve!

Succes and Happiness with Affirmations

First of all…..Affirmation Do Work! No matter in what way you use them, they Do work. So, why not using them in a way so it’s beneficial for you?

If you set yourself a Limitation, and don’t believe Affirmations will work for you, you create a blockage within yourself and they might not work for you. Though, when you keep a “negative” mindset and thoughts, they might work for you but not in the way you would want it to be.

Our thoughts are very Powerful, it’s a strong Energy. You probably heard before “what you send out, you receive back”, and that’s true, as you set that particular Energy in motion. So when you have negative thoughts about yourself, other people or things, you will attract even more of the same.

People are very easy with thinking “bad” or “negative” about themselves. We easy think “I’m not good enough for that”, or “I can’t do that”, or “I am not that beautiful”…..and so on. But why is it so hard to Praise ourselves a bit more and say Good things about ourselves?

Does that mean we are “full of ourselves”? No, it means that we allow and accept that it is okay that we feel good about ourselves, or that we feel that we Are beautiful, or that we Are capable of doing things. And it has to do with Self Love, not with being Cocky or having a big Ego.

When you use Affirmations, on a daily basis, you set an Energy in motion, to attract abundance in every kind of way….when you use it in a Positive way. Of course when you use “negative” Affirmations like a few I mentioned before, you can’t expect you will attract Good and Positive things in your Life.

Myself, I use Positive Affirmations every single day, throughout the day, in the morning when I wake up, in the evening before I go to sleep…..and yes, it does something With me, it does something To me and it does something For me, definitely!

If you want to be Succesful in what you are doing, or in something you try to Create, it’s very important that you Believe in yourself, so when you use the Postive Affirmations you don’t “just say” them, but there is a Feeling behind it as well. You need to be convinced and Truly feeling what you are saying.

Visualise and Feel makes Affirmations even stronger!

Using Visualisation with Affirmations works even better! As you don’t just say the Affirmations with True Feelings but you also can See it happening or manifesting. Which makes it even more Powerful.

You probably have seen the quote before ” I Am…..and what you put behind it, is who or what you are”.  As Affirmations do start with I Am, I Will, I Can, I Attract….etc.

Myself, I always use Affirmations starting with I Am. For example…. I Am Healthy, I Am Beautiful, I Am Energetic, I Am Fit, I Am Happy, I Am Love, I Am Positive, I Am Succesful, I Am Abundance……but I also use Affirmations like this, I Attract Abundance in every area of my Life, I Create a Life full of Happiness, I Radiate Love and Receive Love, I Create a Succesful Life….etc.

Basically, you can use Anything that fits you, your situation and your Life. As long as you use it in a Positive way.

Do you need to say the Affirmations out loud? No, you don’t have to. Remember I told you before that our Thoughts are very Powerful. You can “say” the Affirmations within yourself, in your mind. You can whisper them if you want to, or say it out loud as well. You can also use them in a form of Meditation. You can also write them down in a journal or on a daily page in your calendar. It’s all about putting the Intention out there, the Right Mindset.

Using Affirmations makes you feel more Confident as well, it gives you a boost of Energy as you Truly Believe in yourself! And you Trust on yourself that you Will make it work!

Give it a try! Use Affirmations on a daily basis, let’s say for a week at first and see if you experience any difference. Within yourself, in how it makes you feel, or in experiences that happen around you, or “coincidences” that suddenly appear….You might be surprised!

I bring greetings from the Galactic Forces who follow your progress with great interest, having accompanied you through many lives.  However, our involvement with you has never been more intense than it is now, as you approach the end of your experiences in the old paradigm. We have come a long way together, and we admire your determination to stick to your tasks and achieve victory over the dark Ones. The fact that you have effectively already won that battle does not mean you have no further work to do, and the emphasis is now upon maintaining your position in the higher vibrations. They are your future and also protection while you keep focussed on your present role assisting the Light. We have spoken previously about your ability to stand within your own Light, and not be affected by anything going on around you. Now that you have come this far, you have created an aura that is potentially impregnable, but it does depend on you being able to keep it intact. It means not being distracted or mislead by any attempts to divert your attention elsewhere. Keeping calm in the face of situations that are a test of your strength, is the challenge that you face.

Remember that you have come through the trials and tribulations that the 3rd. dimension has thrown at you. You have won the battle yet you still have to lift yourselves up to the higher dimensions. The dark Ones will make their last attempts to distract you but with little effort you should overcome them. By now your awakening should have enabled you to look beyond the programming that has tied you down, to see the deception that has been placed upon you. We tell you again that you are far greater than you imagine or have been led to believe. You are in reality great Beings of Light which you will again be when you merge with your Higher Self. So tell yourself that you have the full potential to be great once more, and nothing is beyond your capabilities. For too long you have laboured under the impression that you are lowly Beings and have suffered in consequence. Now you are beginning to understand why you have been held back through the actions of the dark Ones, but now their power has been diminished and you are regaining yours.

While you are spreading the Light we as always keep a watchful eye on you, and will not allow any interference with your progress that will affect the outcome. We can do much to prevent any attempt to delay or intervene in your work, and often you are unaware of such attempts. Bear in mind that the end times are such that a lot of karma or unfinished work is carried out. Often it is left until this period of time as when you have raised your vibrations, your ability to deal with outstanding issues is that much higher. Do not belittle yourselves as you have immense potential and by projecting such a belief you empower yourselves. The Law of Attraction is powerful and a true reality but works in ways that you may not realise. You must be positive at all times, as a negative attitude will attract more of the same. By making the affirmation that you can do something rather than asking for help to do it, you will advance much quicker. Results may not always happen as quickly as you would like, but will come in good time.

God does not play games with you but there are other Beings that for different reasons will masquerade as God and try to lead you in a different direction. Your intuitive powers should make you suspicious of such entities, particularly if you are enticed by attractive propositions. However, if you have come to terms with your ego you should recognise attempts to mislead you. Until you have fully returned to the Light you will encounter various obstacles on your path at different times. Be alert and know that God and the Higher Beings do not play games with you, and are all Love and you will know them by their Light. You may have been cut off from us, but now that the veils that have hidden the truth are being removed, you will gradually regain full understanding. Be ready to learn the greater truths about yourselves and be ready to take your place amongst us.

Some souls are not yet ready to learn about the truth of your existence or indeed your past history, but that is not going to hold back their progress. They will be guided to a path that will take them forward and lessons will be learnt regardless of how long it takes. This is why we ask you to see the Light in all souls and never prejudge them, as you do not know what challenges they have undertaken. Coming out of the darkness into the Light is a powerful experience and souls doing so need compassion and help to be successful. Have you not been told by the great Teacher Jesus, to be careful who you entertain as you will not know when you are in the company of an Angelic Being. If you treat all people with respect and kindness you will be doing the best you can for them and yourself.

In reality life is not complicated but in your present dimension there is a continuous battle with the lower vibrations. At every turn there is the potential challenge that may catch you off guard, yet if you are strong in your beliefs they cannot cause you any harm. There is only the one great power that is immutable and above all else and that is Love, and all you need to sail through your experiences. Love every soul and if their demeanour is such that you find it repulsive you clearly do not have to strike up a friendship with them. You have a saying “that if you cannot say anything good about someone do not say anything bad” and that is a good way of life. Like will attract like, which you have surely found and you should already have a circle of friends who you are in harmony with.

We of the Galactic Fleets are ready to arrive on Earth within a short time of being given the command. So be assured that there will be no delay on our part once the situation is such that we can safely visit you. We do not want to directly interfere with your progress, but will follow orders given to us for you betterment. Be assured we are here for you and look forward to meeting you in peaceful circumstances.
