Letting Go is Healing

How often do you hold on to things, for too long, and later on realise that it’s only causing you more harm, stress and anxiety than needed? We’ve all been there and it’s not always easy to deal with.

Though “Letting Go” is a very important part when it comes to Healing. When you hold on to for example Anger, Sadness, Doubt, Fear, Insecurity, Jealousy and Stress, it creates stress and anxiety not only in your physical body but also in your energetic body.

Maybe you already are aware of the fact that illnesses are created in your energetic body first, before they hit the physical body. So if we hold on too much and too long of negative energies that basically don’t really serve us well, we can create physical issues.

Once it reached the physical body, it’s much harder to clear and cleanse the negative energies as then it needs to be removed from the physical body first and then throught the energetic body. So we do ourselves well by releasing these negative energies as soon as possible, so Before it hits our physical body.

Letting Go is basically accepting and not giving it anymore attention or energy so you don’t “feed” the negative energies, but basically let them desolve and replace for positive energies.

Not giving attention to it anymore can already be done by not keeping it in your mind any longer, as our Mind can create strong energies within ourselves and body, either negative or positive. So what would you prefer to set your intentions to? Don’t underestimate the Power of the Mind.

Using Positive Affirmations do really help to change your Mindset into a more Positive Mindset, and so does Meditation and sessions of Energy Healing or even Hypno Therapy.

Holding on too much stress and anxiety can literally make you physically ill, and it’s not worth it. You can’t change the Past and you don’t know yet what the Future will bring, so if you are able to live in The Now then there is no space for stress and anxiety as this mainly exists from worries and fear.

Use your internal power to Heal your Self by Letting Go of situations you can’t control, or situations that no longer serve you, or people that no longer should be in your life.

Letting Go is Healing your Self, Letting Go is taking control over your own Life and not let Life, people or situations control You.

Where Anger meets Unconditional Love

“When comes the point that you let Anger take over…..and where comes the point you kick in Unconditional Love?”

We all come in situations in our Life that we have to deal with Anger. This can be at work, in some circumstances, in Family and Relationships. But when, or better to say Why, do we let Anger control our Mind, Attitude, Mood and Feelings. In what way and at what point are we able to take over this control of Anger so we can actually see the Love again in someone.

I experienced myself a situation over the past view weeks, which gave me a very much of a mixture of feelings. First I felt sad and upset, then worried and then it turned into Unbelieve and Anger. For me, on my own personal Spiritual Journey, to have learned about Unconditional Love and to see Love in all people, it’s still a Human reaction to come at a point of Anger.

But for me, the most important thing is that this Anger is able to turn into a more Positive feeling again, a feeling of Love that you felt before for that person, an understanding in some way (not for the person, but for myself) and be able to send Unconditional Love, like you would do to anyone else.

If you Forgive someone, you also Forgive yourself. You basically cut the cord of being Angry with someone and no longer Allow yourself to spend any (negative) Energy to the person or situation. This means, you can Let Go. And it still doesn’t mean you Agree, are Happy about all that happened or will ever forget…..no, it means you basically Step Away from it and no longer let it Influence or Control your own Life, Mood, Happiness and Positivity.

In my recent situation, I Will never forget, I still Don’t agree…but I put Energy of Forgiveness in the situation, for my Self. So that I can Let Go and move on from the situation, I simply don’t Allow it anymore to be present in my Life which might effect my mood and own positive attitude.

The quicker you can turn Anger into Love again, for your Self, the quicker you are able to Let Go of Unwanted and Negative Energies. As finally, you only Hurt yourself by holding on to Anger, disbelieve, frustration and the stress that comes with it. Don’t do that, Try not to do that. Heal your Self as quickly as you can from these Energies and Situations.

And if it might mean that I lose a very dear Friendship because of me Letting Go from this situation, then So Be It. Sometimes Letting Go is better than Holding On to something that is not “Healthy” for you anymore. I’ve learned to Let Go of All that doesn’t “serve” me any longer and it’s indeed the best way for letting yourself not influenced any longer. As we need to move on, not standing still or let ourselves hold back by others or situations.

Letting Go with Unconditional Love is not always the easiest thing to do, but sometimes the best thing to do.

When Stuck in a Relationship

Stuck in Relationship
 
What do you do when you feel  Stuck in a Relationship? Do you still try to work things out (sometimes even when you know better) or will you try to figure out what the problem or source is and take action?
 
Maybe you’ve have been here before, just like me…..
I don’t know how you handled but I can tell you that I stayed way too long trying while deep inside I knew better already. Is it just a way of being stubborn or is it because you still have that little tiny bit of Hope that it might turn out well again…… ( yes, right) ;-)
 
Afterwards I think, and know now, that I should do things differently. As I had the Choice and the Opportunity to handle sooner than I actually did.
And the worst things of all of it was that things gone more bad, worse than it already was. The irritation got worse by the day, I got more and more annoyed even about little things what was normally never a big issue.
 
Until the day came that I Just couldn’t handle it anymore, I needed to Leave or better to Escape out of there. It became unbearable for me to stay there any longer. I was full of Stress, Emotions, Nervous, Angry ( mostly about myself) and Sadness as well.
At that point it was already Way to Far…..I shouldn’t have let it come this far…..Bút, I came into action and in no time I managed to get out, find a place of my own and I could fall back into Peace and Relaxation again. Which obviously did cost me some time as your body needs to recover sort of from all the Stress and Tension that was there for way to long!
 
Now, a couple of years later I know and I advice as well towards others to cut things short as soon as you Know and Feel deep inside that the time in the Relationship is Over and Done with…..that it will never Heal again or turn back to how it used to Be.
Of course, when you still believe there is a change, even the slightest, that it can work out again you need to fight for it!
But sometimes…..You just Know.
 
 
So, what do you do when You Know and you have a Big Urge to Escape?
 
Well first of All…..you have to be in agreement with Your Self, you have to Be sure that This is what you want to do and that you are Ready to move on.
One of the most important things is, Never leave out of a current Relationship because of Someone else. When you’ve met someone else and you like to live your Life further with that other person, that’s okay. But find out the Real Reason why you did fall in Love with someone else in the first place. Obviously there was already a lack in the Relationship or some kind of Unhappiness. When you’re only reason would be “for someone else” there is a change of big dissapointment or regret when the “new relationship” might not turn out that great and it ends.
 
Once you Know the True Reason why you want to get out it’s the best thing to talk with your Partner. Be very Honest about everything, how you Feel, how you experience the Relationship and for how long you already not Happy anymore. Important here is not to start Blaming each other, that doesn’t make sense and it often turns out in a fight or argument, and that’s not worth it. Best thing is if you can leave the Relationship gracefully, altought there might be a lot of sadness and maybe anger involved by your partner.
As long as you can talk and explain in an easy and quiet conversation it’s the best condition to arrange it together.
Of course, it’s not always like this when your partner might totally flip out and tries to start a fight with you. In this case the best thing to do is to say that you like to talk later on when the emotions are under control again and take distance for that moment.
 
When you stick too long in an “unwanted” Relationship it costs you a Lot of Energy. You can feel that it drains you, it makes you feeling out of Balance, Nervous, Angry, Emotional and your head is Full of thought running through your Head and taking over Everything.
Believe me, you DO know when the time has come for you that you want or need to move on.
 
I know that “Others” always expect you to stay with your Partner or Husband as you are in a serious Commitment. But what if you are not Happy anymore? Do you really Need to stay in there no matter what? Even when it breaks your own Life down more or less?
 
Remember this…..sometimes we meet people in our Lives because we need to Learn things. Once we have Learned those people might easily dissapear out of our Lives again. It’s just the way it goes. Sometimes we meet the right Partner straight away but sometimes it takes up to a few Relationships before we meet the “right” one. The good part of ending a Relationship is that there was Always a Lesson in there….believe it or not but it’s the way it works.
I’ve been there as well, just like You or a lot of other people. And when I think back I can find in every former Relationship something I needed to learn. If you start to be Aware of that you will recognize it ;-).
 
So short to say……When you Truly Believe or Know that your Relationship has a chance to survive and heal, Fight for It!
When you Truly Believe or Know it won’t work out for you anymore, Don’t waste to much time about it and take action! Always try to solve it in a Peaceful way even though your Partner of other people around it try to take you down, keep in Peace and send Love from your Heart to your Partner and others who are involved to help them Heal their situation.
 
Remember, you Did have good times as well with your Partner  ( well, at least in most relationships it is ), so it’s okay to keep those nice memories and Still try to See Love in that Person. Sometimes you Grow more or faster in your Personal Development than he or she does, and so it can Be Time for you to move on.
It’s always the Best if you can arrange and sort out things in a still Friendly matter, but I also know that it’s not always possible that way as there is Always Two involved in this situation.
 
For Your Self, Be as Good as you can Be towards your Opposite, have the Best Intentions to solve it in a Peaceful Way.
At least you show some great Character, the Opposite needs to deal with his/her Own Feelings and Emotions as well, you can’t help them with that, that’s a part of their Journey as well ;-).

The Power of Meditation

 
Don't hate Meditate
 
Meditation becomes more and more populair as more people find a purpose in it.
It is a great tool when it comes to Stress-Release, Relaxing and Insomnia for example.
 
 
How do you Meditate?
 
Not everyone is familiar with it and still lots of people have the feeling they can’t relax or make their mind stop thinking about the daily things that goes around in their head.
When normal Meditation is very hard for you to start off with, and with normal Meditation I mean turning into Your Self in Silence, you can always start with Guided Meditations.
 
These Meditations are great and help you really come into a Meditative State. Important is to find a Guided Meditation where the voice who speaks to you sounds and feel comfortable.
I found Meditations before where I thought it would be great, until the voice started to speak……my hairs got straight up so to speak and I really had to turn it off as it made me feel very uncomfortable ;-).
 
YouTube is a very good source for Guided Meditations, there are lots of them! But again, try to find the ones who will work for you.
Also the length of a Meditation can be very different. When you first start with Guided Meditations don’t pick one that takes up to an hour or more as this can be too long for you. The best to start off with are the ones that take up to a maximum of half an hour or so.
 
 
What is exactly the Power of Meditation?
 
Meditation can help to Silence your Mind, to make your Mind clear, free from all the worries you are struggling with. See it as a sort of “empty the bucket”.
It’s a very Powerful tool for Letting Go and Releasing.
For people who have trouble with sleeping for example it can be very helpful when you Meditate just before going to bed. You don’t have to Meditate for half an hour at that moment, about 10 or 15 minutes is already sufficient.
Most people have trouble sleeping because all kind of stuff keeps running in their mind, so in this way you learn to Silence and Empty your Mind and after a couple of days you already should notice the difference.
 
So in every kind of way where there is Stress, Anger, Hate, Sadness or other “negative” feelings, Meditation is the Powertool to get rid of it.
You might not be succesful after your first time Meditation and if that’s the case just don’t give up but try to Meditate as often as possible.
I for myself try to Meditate every morning before my day starts and every night before I go to bed.
When you are not able to Meditate every day, no worries, some people only Meditate when they feel they need it.
And believe me, once you notice and feel the difference when you use Meditation or not, you Will know when you need it ;-)
 
Meditation is Not just for Spiritual people or for people who have certain Believes, Meditation is helpful for Everyone!
You will be surprised how many people use it in their daily Life. From the ordinairy neighbour till the CEO of a huge company.
It doesn’t matter what the purpose is as long as it works for you in the way you need it to work for you.
 
Don’t keep running around with an overloaded Mind, don’t hold on to Anger, Irritation and Stress as this effect your daily Life way to much.
It’s way better if you can be relaxed and focus on the things that are Really important.
You can make better decisions when you have a clear mind, your concentration improves, you remember things better when your Mind open and clear, so why keep walking around with a Mind that is full of stuff that doesn’t need to be there all the time, especially not when you want and need a good night sleep. You will feel way more rested when you have slept better with an empty Mind :-).
 
Now you know why it is been said “Don’t Hate, Meditate” ;-) , as it gives Inner Peace. And when you are more Peaceful you mirror that back on others as well and they will become more Peaceful towards you as well.
