Milk Thistle has a remarkable ability to Protect the Liver from from damage resulting from Alcoholic and other types or Poisoning. Today Milk Thistle is widely used in the West for the treatment or a range of Liver Conditions.

Milk Thistle is Liver Protective, Chemo-protective, Anti-Cancer, Anti-Allergic and Increases Breast Milk production.

Milk Thistle flowerheads, boiled and eaten like Artichokes, were useful as a Spring tonic after the Winter months when people had been deprived of fresh vegetables. Description

Usage: Decoction, about 2 teaspoons of herbs in boiling water, infuse for 15-30 minutes – strain the herbs or use a tea infuser or disposable teabag.
