Amethyst – Healing Crystal

Amethyst is an extremely Powerful and Protective stone with a high Spiritual Vibration. It guards against Psychic Attack transmuting the energy into Love. A Natural tranquilizer, Amethyst blocks geopathic stress and negative environment Energies. Its Serenity enhances higher states of Consciousness and Meditation.

Amethyst has strong Healing and Cleansing powers, and enhances Spiritual Awareness. Mentally: It calms and synthesizes, and aids the transmission of neural signals through the brain. It is helpful where Insomnia is caused by an overactive Mind and Protects against recurrent nightmares. Amethyst enhances Memory and improves Motivation, making you more able to set realistic Goals. It can help you to remember and understand Dreams and facilitates the Visualization process.

Amethyst balances out highs and lows, promoting Emotional centering. It dispels Anger, Rage, Fear and Anxiety. Alleviating Sadness and Grief, it supports coming to terms with loss. Amethyst is one of the most Spiritual stones, promoting Love of the Divine, giving insights into its true nature, and encouraging Selflessness and Spiritual Wisdom. It opens Intuition and enhances Psychic gifts. This is an excellent stone for Meditation and Scrying and can be placed on the Third Eye to stimulate it. Sleeping with Amethyst facilitates out-of-body experiences and brings Intuitive Dreams. It transmutes “lower” Energies to the Higher Frequencies of the Spiritual and Etheric Realms.

Healing: Amethyst boosts production of Hormones, and tunes the Endocrine system and Metabolism. It strengthens the Cleansing and Eliminating organs and the Immune system. An excellent Cleanser for the Blood. Amethyst relieves Physical, Emotional, and Psychological pain or stress, and blocks geopathic stress. It eases Headaches and releases Tension. This stone reduces Bruising, Injuries, and Swellings, and treats Hearing disorders. It heals dis-eases of the Lungs and Respiratory tract, Skin conditions, Cellular disorders, and dis-eases of the Digestive tract. At a subtle level, Amethyst balances and connects the Physical, Mental and Emotional bodies, linking them to the Spiritual. It cleanses the Aura and transmutes Negative Energy, and stimulates the Throat and Crown Chakras. It’s helpful for people about to make the transition through Death. Amethyst can stabilize Psychiatric conditions but should Not be used in cases of Paranoia or Schizophrenia.

Position: Wear or place as appropriate , especially as jewelry. Clusters and Geodes can be placed in the environment and single points are used in Healing. Place the point in toward you to draw Energy, and away from you to draw off Energy. Amethyst is especially beneficial worn over the Throat or Heart. For Insomnia or Nightmares, place under the pillow. Amethyst fades in Sunlight.

Fall Asleep Meditations

You want to sleep peacefully, without a mind that is in overload of processing everything from the day, without strange dreams…..just peacefully

If you are familiar with Meditations you know that there are different ways to meditate. You can meditate on just purely relaxing music or sounds, you can meditate out in nature, you can do a guided meditation but you can also do a “fall asleep” meditation.

A “fall asleep” meditation is basically a guided meditation with a kind of hypnosis in it as well. Because of the hypnosis aspects in it, the meditation and the guided voice is still working for you in your subconscious, even though you are asleep and unconscious basically.

If I had a very busy day or watched a pretty intense movie for example, I can bet on it that I will dream a lot, but then a lot of weird stuff. I won’t say nightmares but still things that don’t make sense or are confusing or leaving me with a weird feeling when I wake up in the morning.

Almost every evening I either do a meditation just before going to bed, or I do a “fall asleep” meditation while in bed and just snooze off during the meditation. And it really helps with putting my mind at ease, no weird dreaming and waking up with a much better feeling.

I find the “fall asleep” meditations basically on YouTube and my favourite channel for these meditations is called “Unlock Your Life”. They have meditations with different subjects so I’m sure you can find one that suits you best as well.

Simple Chakra Cleansing Technique

You might have heard about Cleansing your Chakras, but how can you easily do this yourself?

There are several techniques available for Cleansing your Chakras. Some you can easily do yourself to keep on top of it and some you can let done by a Holisitc Practitioner, which is often more deep and intense.

Keeping your Chakras clean is very important to keep your Energy Flow smoothly running through your body. If Chakras are blocked by “debris”, which often comes through different kind of emotions, we can experience physical issues.

You can keep your Chakras “activated” through Meditation and focus on a specific Chakra or focus on all of them and Create a Clean Kundalini Flow. Also through Reiki Healing you can keep your Chakras healthy, clean and activated.

But a simple “visualisation” technique gives you the option to do some Chakra Cleansing yourself. I used this technique several times myself and I find it a pretty powerful technique.

As you know, or maybe not really, our Chakras “spin” like wheels. The spin / rotate in clockwise direction in a regular motion when they are activated and clean. When Chakras are “blocked” they might spin / rotate less regular because the Energy can’t flow through smoothly because of “build up debris”, like I mentioned before, mostly caused by several emotions and stress.

So the technique you can provide goes as follow:

When you’re in the shower, let the water flow from over the top of your head and let it flow from the top of your head all over your body.

Close your eyes, take a couple of slow and deep breathes as you bring yourself in a kind of Meditative state.

Imagine / Visualise that you “see” your Chakras spinning like Water Wheels.

Then imagine / visualise that the water from the top of your head, the pure divine water, goes down through all your Water Wheels, all 7 Chakras, and rinse all “debris and dirt” from it.

Move your imagination from your Crown Chakra on the top of your head, slowly towards your Third Eye Chakra, your Throat Chakra, your Heart Chakra, your Solar Plexus, your Sacral Chakra, your Root Chakra….and “see” all the debris and dirt being rinsed away into the “ground”, being removed from out of your body.

Keep your visual focus a few minutes on every Chakra and “see” how the water rinse that “water wheel” clean, “see” how the water goes over and through the “water wheel” and once you “see” or “feel” it is clean, move your focus to the next Chakra.

Go from top to bottom and once you “see” or “feel” that all debris is cleansed and washed away, you can open your eyes and come back to reality.

You might have to try it a couple of times, when you are not so familiar or practiced with visualisation, but once you master this technique you will start to feel the difference within your Self.

How regular you should do this is up to you. Some people like to do it once a week, on a Sunday for example to rinse out everything from the last week and prepare with a “clean” week. And some people do it when they “feel” it is needed. There is not a set period of time for it, but it is recommended to do it on a regular basis.
