Self Reflection, Release and Rise

The last 2 weeks, I had some days to use up, I had really time for myself, time for some Self Reflection which made me see things from a different perspective and to realize even more what it is that I want in my Life and on my Journey.

Today especially, I had another day of Self Reflection, but also a moment of Releasing. After being for a bit on my Social Media channels, connecting with people and interacting with people, and watching a few videos about different subjects in Life, it was like a mirror was held up towards my Self. Not particular about What I was watching in the video, but the emotions that came with it.

It made me realize that there is So much Love in the World and within ourselves, but for some reason a lot of people keep dwelling and focusing on Negative things, Bad situations, Sad things instead of diving in the Positive things, the emotions of Caring and Loving. In the videos I watched, it was all about Loving and Caring, Standing up for Your Self, taking the Power of your own Life and Reality…..and actually Doing something with it and about it.

I actually came at a point of Emotional Release, as I Do feel a lot of Love and Caring emotions within my Self and always think I Do use them well towards others, but how much do I actually use it for My Self? What do I want to do with my Self Love, in what ways can I even more be helpful and caring towards other, using my Self Love?

Where am I at this stage in my Life? What is my Life Purpose? Where does my Self-Love comes in this? And a lot became very clear to me, and I am Grateful for this time of Self Reflection and Release. As this means I am at a point now where I can Rise again.

Self Reflection

I also came to the realization that it is Okay to feel Lost sometimes, and that you struggle within Your Self, not knowing what to Do with your Life. But try to remember that you are here for Something. And it’s for your Self to find what it is. No Life is meaningless, every Life is Meaningful. And so is Yours. You Matter, like anybody else.

And that’s why it’s important to Give your Self some time for Self Reflection, to Release Energies and Emotions that no longer serve you and to Feel you have the Right to Rise again within your own full Potential, of what You want in Life and what Feels Best for You.

You might not get the changes you want overnight, you might have to work towards it, create things or situations, except help from others (as that’s okay as well, you don’t always have to do it alone), but hold on to your Dreams and Desires, as you Can make it come true. Just keep believing in Your Self.

Sharing Love and Compassion and Being Grateful every day are no hard things to do, but it certainly helps you moving Forward, and Connect you with the people who need to be on your Journey, either to help You or for You to help Them.

My time of Self Reflection and Release did help me to Rise Up again and to Believe in My Self and in my Dreams. And I am Grateful for the people around me who are always there for me and who Believe in me too.

Ambition

You can Rise Up as well and use your power of Self-Love and trust that you are Worth it. Share your Love, Show Compassion and Rise within your Consciousness and above all that doesn’t serve you any longer.

Dare to choose, dare to make the right decisions for You…..as deep inside Your Self you already Know what you want if you Really listen to your Inner Self.

Be You, Love You, Live You and live Your life.

Sunday Blues

“Sundays are not often anymore what they used to be, but You can still create that kind of a Sunday for yourself”


These days we live in times where we basically having a 24/7 society. Lots of people work on Sundays, shops are open and it basically seems like one of the ordinairy days of a week. Sunday is not “special” anymore for a lot of people.

I come from a time, and that seems like I’m feeling old but I’m not ;-), where Sundays were really Sundays. Nothing was open like shops or malls, the only place where you could get something when you forgot something was the petrol station, or even the little shop in a hospital, as places like that it never stops of course.

Sunday was for a lot of people, going to church, having a coffee after, going back home, preparing lunch, do a bit stuff in the garden, read a book……relax. These days, a lot of people don’t experience Sundays like this anymore, and it’s a bit of a shame, I feel, as the Only day in the week, where we should really take advantage of to Relax and Wind down should be the Sunday.

Of course, there are still enough people who Are able to have a “lazy” Sunday and do some stuff in the garden, read a book, listen to music, play a game etc. But still, Sundays are not the Real Sundays anymore.

But you Can create a Real Sunday for yourself if you want to, it’s simply Allowing yourself to have a Real Sunday, without feeling “guilty” as you might think you “need to do stuff”. Of course, if you have a job that requires you to work on a Sunday or you have  other obligations which you can’t avoid, then I recommend you have a Real Sunday at any other day during the week.

These days we have to Learn that it’s okay to have a day where we don’t Have to do things, when it is Okay to take time for yourself or for what you like to do and when it’s Okay to just Relax and Recharge your batteries so you’re ready for the new (work) week to start.

I speak to a lot of people and I realised that there are many people who don’t Allow themselves to have some down-time. As they Feel they Need to do “this and that” no matter if it’s Sunday or their only day off in the week. They feel “guilty” when they have not done certain things but been “lazy” instead.

Why do we “punish” ourselves this way? There is Nothing wrong with having a day to yourself, without feeling the Pressure that you Need to do “this or that”. We actually Create this for ourselves, so we are Also the ones who can Change this. Ask yourself, Why do you feel you need to keep doing and doing? Don’t you feel you Deserve some “me-time”?

Instead of Enjoying the Sunday for the fullest a lot of people start already thinking about the next day, Monday, to get back to work and all the things that need to be done, they start already to stress out while Monday is not even there yet! Why would you do that to yourself? Why start stressing out on a Sunday already for a day that still needs to be born?

Allow yourself a Sunday, relax, do whatever you feel up to. Want to stay in bed all day, do. Want to go out for a walk, do. Want to play a game or be creative, do. Whatever it is you like doing and what makes you relax, enjoy and wind down…..Do it. Allow yourself time pure for yourself, your family and loved ones, your hobbies etc.

Stop pushing yourself! Learn to Relax and Allow.

Is True Happiness not enough anymore?

“Sometimes when I go over my Social Media channels and look at several posts, then it makes me wonder what people find Really important in Life these days”


Sometimes I’m a bit shocked what I see on Social Media, how people respond on posts about Succes, Get Rich Programmes and Earn a 7-figure Income by so to called “Coaches” Especially because it’s a bit sad that it takes away the True meaning of a Life Coach. A lot of Coaches are now in “the picture” as people who only make lots of money and become real Public Figures. While a True Life Coach is someone who has the Real Intention to Help people improving their Lives, by Creating Happiness and Balance but not mainly based on becoming Succesful or Earning lots of Money.

It makes me wonder what People these days See as True Happiness. I feel there is So much Pressure at the moment that you “Need” to earn lots of Money, Become Succesful and, even better, Become a Public Figure yourself. “Normal” is not good enough anymore, and that’s a True Shame.

You see, True Happiness and True Wealth has actually Nothing to do with Money. You can be Extremely Happy with your Life and what you Have, even though it’s not financially much but Comfortable. Sometimes people who have barely nothing, like in other Countries and Cultures, might be even more Happy than we are. They don’t have much, and they don’t know any better, so they are Grateful with what they have. They don’t have stress or worries about Bills, making lots of Money and Create Status.

We are So Controlled by Society today that we are basically “not interesting” if we don’t show on Social Media what we Have, How Succesful we are and How much Money we make. This Pressure can actually make people Depressed when they are not able to Achieve in this. And How Sad is that?


Lots of people Think that Wealth and Happiness only comes with lots of Money, as then you can Do and Buy what you want. But what, for whatever reason or through whatever circumstances, you don’t have that much money (anymore)…..what Do you have left? Often people fall into Depression when they “lose everything”, and here I talk about material status. As these people had the Believe that the Material Life they had was their Happiness. Again, this is actually Sad as well, as they Still could be Happy and Feel Happiness and be Wealthy….if they Only could See where the True Happiness and Wealth is kept.

So, what is True Happiness and Wealth then? How can you Be and Feel Happy and Wealthy when you don’t have lots of Money, an expensive Car or an expansive Home or Mansion?

You can Create True Happiness when you are able to Be Grateful. Grateful for what you Do have, for All that you already Received and having the Trust in All that still will Come for you. If you have a Roof above your head, Food on the table, a Warm Shower every morning, Beloved Family and Friends around you, Your gadgets, Your Health and still be able to go Out for a meal or a drink sometimes……then you can consider yourself as a Wealthy person. Compare yourself and your Life situation with someone who has Much less than you have….why is it Needed to have more? Is What you already Have not Satisfying enough? As if that’s the case, you will Never be Satisfied as you will Keep Wanting More.

Happiness, you find this Within Yourself. Again, when you are Grateful of what you Have and All that comes to you, if you can Enjoy the little things in Life, if you Feel Loved and are able to Give Love, if you have Good Health, if you can Live without Stress and Worries and be able to Take Life as it comes for you….then you are Creating Inner Happiness. As you Don’t Feel the Need to have more, you don’t feel Greed, as you are Happy with what you Have.


Happiness is Not in Materialism, it is in You, it is in the Non-Material things. And for some people this might be “hard to believe” when their Focus is on Materialism, or their Believe is in Happiness only comes with Materialism. Don’t get Fooled too much by Succesful or the so to called Rich people, as you don’t know if they are actually Truly Happy. But don’t get me wrong, there Are people as well who are very Wealthy and Rich and Are Happy, but they Created a Good Balance in their Life and they Still know the most Importancy in Life. Often these people Give Back. They Help and Support the Homeless or other Charities and that is Great!

What I try to make clear is to Not let your Happiness depending on Money or other Materialism. As when you Only try to search for your Happiness in that, you will keep searching for the rest of your Life. Instead, try to Find the Happiness within You and in the Life you have at the moment. Don’t let yourself Pressure by Society how you Supposed to live your Life or What you should do to become Succesful and make lots of money. It is totally okay to Be Grateful with what you have and Enjoy your Life as it is.

Even if you are Not totally happy with your Life how it is at the moment, maybe because of your current job or relationship or other circumstances, then Try to find a way to Change things around. But then in way that is Right and within Normality. Not by putting Pressure on yourself or Create Stress as this will actually Block your Flow of Happiness. And surely Not because you Need to Look Succesful in the eyes of Others. Someone else can’t make you Happy, You need to Create your own Happiness. And if you only would do it to Look Better towards others, then you Make Others Happy, but finally Not Yourself.


Start Creating your Own Happiness! Smile, Laugh, Live, Love, Appreciate, Care, Do what you Love doing! As in there you will find True Happiness and Wealth.

Do you Really Go with the Flow?

People often say “I just go with the flow”. But Do they Really? Is it because they Think they go with the flow, or Do they really know How to do it? Do You know How to do it? 

 

This morning I had a bit of a “Aha!” moment. As I know you still can learn every day, from wherever the source is coming from, as long as you are open for it. An Open Mind is a Perceptive Mind.

I started to read in the book “Change your Thoughts Change your Life” from Wayne Dyer, I had the intention already for ages but for some reason it didn’t came to it. It was probably not the ‘right’ time yet, which is obviously was this morning.

The book describes the Way of Tao, based on Tao Te Ching, to Go with the Flow, the Universal Flow. And only the first ‘verse’ of Tao was already an eye opener for me. I already learned much over the years about the Universal Laws, Law of Attraction, how to Have and Keep a Positive Mindset, how to Create Inner Peace and my Consciousness has grown massively over the year of what I’m Very Grateful for. But still, this was an even more Deeper Understanding for me on top of what I already have learned and practiced over the years. And this shows again, there is Always something you can Learn, Improve, Change or Rich your Life with and grow even more in Consciousness.

Go with the Flow. We often say that when we Feel that we don’t stress about things, but just let the things happen as it comes. Which is great! But what is Really going with The Flow? Is it only about ‘well I just let things come as they come’ or is there more behind it. I learned this morning, there Is more behind it. And it made me Realise how this will Change a lot of things within my own Life, but also within my Holistic Coaching and Therapy.

We are raised and conditioned with certain thoughts about How things Are or How they supposed to Be. We are learned that there is Good and Bad, Black and White, Dark and Light and that one can’t go without the other. In Tao you learn to think more Paradoxically. Things are not really opposite from each other, they are actually similar on each other, but seen from a different perspective.

You can Desire something, and often you want to have it Now. If you can’t have it, for whatever reason, you get disappointed and this blocks the energy of Manifesting, as you don’t give it Time to Create it. So when you can go in a State of Desireless you Give yourself Time for your Desire to Manifest. Basically it comes to the point that we need to Learn that we must stop to put Pressure and Expectations within ourselves and give ourselves Time to Manifest our Dreams, Goals and Wishes. Desireless means Trusting, Permitting and Allowing.

And instead of saying ‘I Need to or I Must’ change your Mind and Learn your Mind to say ‘I Allow’. As when you Allow yourself, you Let Go of your Desire for that moment and Allow it to Manifest and come to you when the time is right. If you put Pressure on yourself because you Need or Must do things, you actually Create a Stress Energy which can block the Flow. And again, when the Energy Flow of a Desire is blocked it can’t be Created and Manifest.

Go with the Flow and Letting Go has also to do with Let things Be, without always Knowing or Wanting to Know or Figuring it all out. Don’t try so Hard to Make something work or happen, simply Allow. Tao is The Flow, The Way and it’s important to enjoy this without the pressure of trying to understand everything and stress about it.

Relax, Let Go and simply Allow. You will find that some Desires are about how you think your world Should be now, rather than How it Is in that Moment, in the Now. Become more of an Observer, Judge Less and Listen more. Don’t Lable or Name things, as these are things we as Humans have Created. From the Universal Energies nothing is Named or Labled. So Let Go of these impressions, expectations and conditioning.

All of this made me Realise, for me as a Life Coach that I can Help people in such a different way comparing to the way a lot of Coaches work. I already had a Different Vision about Life Coaching, as like I mention on my website in the “About Me” section, I like to Help people in a Unique way as Everyone is Unique, not by the standard Coaching Plans and pushing someone that it’s important to earn a 7-figure income. To me, that is not True Life Coaching, it’s Selling a Progamme. But this morning it came to me even more Clear how I can Fine Tune my way of Coaching and Genuine Helping People.

Setting Goals is great, and you can still do that as that might give a certain meaning in your Life. Creating a Plan where you want to Be in 5 years from now, is still a nice start point but the Only difference now according to the Flow and The Way of Tao is that you need to set out your Intentions and then Let Go….to give it Time to Manifest. No Pressure that you Need to Be at a certain point in 5 years from now, as who knows what crosses your Path within these 5 years? You might reach your Goal sooner than that, or maybe it even takes you a bit longer. And that’s the whole point. Take off the Pressure, Stress and Expectations. Just learn to Change your Mindset, Set out your Intentions ( or Dreams or Goals ) and then Let Go and simply Allow.

In this way, a Coach can still Motivate you, Help you but in a True and Genuine way to Improve your Life, with All that comes with it. Together with using Powerful Affirmations ( which are strong intentions you send out ) you are even in a Better position to reach your Goals or Create the Life that you want. But if you simply Allow and the Universal Energy can just Flow naturally, it will Manifest in your Physical Reality.

I hope this gave you a bit more clarity and insight in how the Universal Energy Really works. How it Really works when you Go with the Flow. It’s not something you just Say, you need to Practice it, in the right way. Which also involves Accepting things as they Are, Let Go of it and Allow.

If you Really want to Change your Life in How you Want it to be, start to Learn how to Really Live in the Flow, start to Learn to change your Thoughts and Mindset, start to Change your Perception on Things and People and start to Learn to Accept, to Let Go and to Allow.

Positivity is the way to move Forward



When you have a Positive Mindset you Feel better within yourself
and you are also able to make better decisions. You feel more Confident and are more focused on what you want.

Positivity is very Powerful as it comes with the right Energy you need to make progress in your Life and your Goals. When you feel down and Negative within yourself you find easily enough reasons why things are not working out for you, why you don’t want to do anything about it  (as it doesn’t work anyway, or I’m not good enough ) so you are very easy and quick in finding lots of excuses.

The problem is, when you are in a state like that, it’s often very hard to turn your mood around. Your thoughts are negative, you feel bad within yourself….and the more you start to think with these vibrations the more it keeps you down. In this way you won’t be able to do anything about your situation or your plans as you simply don’t believe in it yourself.

The moment you are able to turn the energy around into Positive vibrations, by yourself or with help from someone, you start to recognise that things Can be different and that you Are able to do things. You start to Believe in yourself and see thing from the Bright Side. At once things start to make sense and you start to see what didn’t work for you but what Will work for you.

At that point you can start making plans, if you know What you want to do or want to change, as that comes first of course. Once you know, it’s time to Do something about it. And you Will as you feel empowered to take action, to move forward! You get Excited and Motivated!

Even if you take little steps forward…it still means you’re moving Forward. Some things just take time and can happen or change overnight. But that’s okay, you need to Allow yourself time to make these changes. And if you feel you need any kind of support….get it! It might be a Coach, it also might be a good friend or family member. Asking for help and support is good! Often it’s easier when there is someone you can turn to when you might feel a bit stuck or when your confident goes down a bit, then at least there is someone who can help you back into Motivation.

Don’t underestimate the Power of Positivity, as it works in Everything! Using Positivie Affirmations is a Great tool to use to keep your level of Positivity up. Writing your plans down in a Journal is also a good tool, update your Journal daily as this will keep you on track and motivated as well.

A Positive Attitude and Mindset helps to Change your Life, how you Dream it, how your Want it.
