The Countdown has begun…..2018

I like to take this moment to give Thanks to all my Family, Friends and Acquaintances for being a part of my Journey over this last year! I also like to give Thanks to all the People who have been supporting my website blog as followers and the people who took the time to read my posts and leave lovely comment and sharing their thoughts and feelings, even though I have to been writing that much over the last couple of months. ( this is one resolution I like to change in the New Year ;-) )

For me, personally, this year was a year of personal reflection, finding a bit more my own direction and making decisions how to continue in the New Year. I had a couple of very clear “aha” moments and making certain decisions have made me feel very good and motivated within my Self.

Sometimes making certain decisions means to Let Go of things or actually to Hold On to things. Most important is that you feel within your Self what is Best for You.

My Passion was, and definitely still is, Helping People. And I have done that over the past years in many different ways and it gives me fulfilment and satisfaction. I noticed that my direction has a bit changed, slightly in the direction I want to go. My focus seemed to have moved direction a bit more from just Coaching to Healing & Coaching to Healing, Herbalism and Coaching.

Of these 3 the most present ones at the moment are Reiki Healing and Herbalism. I felt drawn to these Holistic Therapies for a long time and made the decision to continue on this path and give even more focus and attention to it. The New Year means for me going back into Study Mode and learn more and a deeper understanding about Herbalism and how I will be able to combine this with Reiki Healing treatments.

I feel that Natural Medicine will become a bigger part for Humanity over the years to come. More people start to turn “back” to Nature, Natural Remedies, Holistic Therapies and everything Organic. Which I feel is a great thing to do as it makes us more Aware of our Earth, what she actually provides for us and that actually a lot of chemical solutions not always are the best of use. We lost our Connection with Nature for a long time and now we are on a “turn” and start to find ourselves moving back slowly towards Her. And all I can say from my personal perspective is “keep going”.

I am Grateful for my Personal and Spiritual Growth again over this last year, we never stop growing and developing, and that is great! I hope that for You this last year was a good year as well and that the New Year will be another Good one or maybe even a Better one!

I wish you All a Great New Year’s Eve and the Best Wishes, Joy, Happiness, Health and Abundance for 2018! And I hope we’ll stay Connected for at least another Year again ;-)

Foods in relation to Anxiety and Depression

You probably have heard before about High Vibrational Foods and Low Vibrational Foods. Even though we “know” that High Vibrational Foods are far much better for us, in so many ways, we still seem to attract more to Low Vibrational Foods.

High Vibrational Foods are not only good for our Physical body, but even more so for our Mental state of health as well. It’s not always what you think about this is related to each other, but it actually is.

Low Vibrational Foods give us most of the time a temporary “kick” like sugars do, but also coffee and tea. Though Coffee and Tea are a bit in the middle frequency between Low and High Vibrational foods. But for example, Coffee and Tea cause less harm in winter time as it helps to use warm up the body and will be processed by the body in a different way than in Summer.

Processed foods are of course definitely Low Vibrational Foods, though some processed foods cause less harm than other processed foods. Processed foods contain a lot of chemicals which are simply not good for our Physical body but also not for our Mental health.

Cells in our body renew all the time. When taking in High Vibrational Foods the body actually heals itself in many ways. But when taking in the Low Vibrational Foods we actually put things in our Body and System which can cause disease and the body is not able to heal itself how it should do.

High Vibrational Foods are good for Body and Mind, while Low (or middle vibrational) Foods are maybe partly good for your body, or not good at all, but definitely not beneficial for our Mental Health. It makes our Mind over-active which is causing Over-thinking, Worrying which results in Anxiety and Depression. Hight Vibrational Foods actually calms down the Mind as it brings the Body and Mind in a Higher form of Consciousness.

So when you change your diet in more High Vibrational Foods and combine this with Meditation, this can be Very affective in cases of Anxiety and Depression.

You probably have heard of the phrase “You are what you eat”, and this is how it is. And this is not just based on the Physical body as a lot of people might think, but it is based on your entire system of Body and Mind.

Especially in a society where we live in now, it is even More important to watch what we consume, as Life on it’s own already can cause a lot of Stress and situations can cause Anxiety and Depression. But the more we Care for our Self, the more we are Aware of what we consume, the Better and Easier our body is able to fight agains diseases and unhealthy cells in our Body and System, it will recover quicker but also will prevent certain diseases.

To get a bit of an understanding between High and Low Vibrational Foods, I list them down for you here:

High Vibrational Foods:

Fresh, certified organic fruits and vegetables

Natural supplements, like spirulina

Herbal Teas

Herbs and spices

Pure or filtered water — reverse osmosis or freshly collected spring water are the best choices

Healthy oils, like olive oil and coconut oil

Nuts and seeds

Fermented foods

Raw chocolate

Raw honey and maple syrup

Legumes

Grains such as buckwheat, brown rice, amaranth, and spelt

Low Vibrations Foods:

Genetically modified (GMO) food, and conventional food that’s been treated with chemicals and pesticides

White rice and flours

Sugars, sweeteners (artificial etc.)

Coffee / Tea (which both contains caffeine)

Sodas

Alcohol

Meat, fish and poultry

Processed, packaged, canned and fast foods (though some are less harmful, like fresh frozen, or fresh fruit on water but see if there is no added sugar in there)

Unhealthy oils, like canola, cottonseed, margarine, and vegetable oils

Frozen foods (when not fresh frozen)

Pasteurized cows milk, yogurt and cheese

Cooked foods, deep fried foods and microwaving food

When you want to Heal your body from toxins and chemicals, what you might have taken in for a long time, it is very recommended to detox your Body and Mind from this by starting taking in High Vibrational Foods, drink lots of Pure Water (without fluoride in it) and start to Feel a difference within your Self, on a Physical Level and on a Mental Level.

In the beginning it might be very hard to make this change, and to leave out all the “tasty” bad foods, but once your Body and Mind get used to this new diet, you will notice that you will have less and less “graving” for Low Vibrational Foods. You will feel more Energetic and more Alive, more Healthy and you will recognise that minor Health issues you might have will disappear.

You Naturally start to Feel and Recognise within your Body and Mind what is good for you and what not. Your Body and Mind will “tell” you.

A Better World starts with Compassion

Where is the Love? Where is the Compassion for each other?

I had an interesting conversation with one of my Clients the other day….

She is in an advanced state of Pregnancy and needed to take the train home from work. After working hours you can imagine how busy it is on the trains and so the train was fully packed with people.

All seats were taken so she was forced to keep standing in the train, packed up between other people. No one offered her a seat in awareness of her situation for being very visible pregnant. It came to the point that she got really warm, too warm and almost fainted because of being so packed up between people.

At the train station she needed to sit down for a bit to come to herself again, breathing into calmness before she was able to continue her journey home.

Her midwife advised her to next time just ask someone if they maybe wanted to give up their seat for her, which you can imagine is not easy to ask to a stranger, but she did…..

The next time, on a packed train again, she noticed a 4-seat part in the train which had actually a sticker on the window “please give up seat for disabled, elder or pregnant people”. The 4-seat space was taken by 4 guys and she asked to the guys if maybe one of them would be able to give up his seat for her.

As you can imagine she got “a look” from one of them, not saying a word and not standing up. Then finally one of the guys felt he was the one “needed” to do it as the other guys wouldn’t move, but it was not with much pleasure.

There was also an experience with her in the train, that she actually sat down on a seat and an older man came in the train. She offered her seat to the older man as no seats were available. There was nobody who was saying “oh no, take this seat” to the older man, so that my client could keep her seat as well in her condition….

I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Where is the compassion for other people, especially when they can use our help and love?

My client mentioned as well that most of the people weren’t even Aware of her pregnant condition as most of them were all in their own “cocoon”, their “own world”, busy on their mobile phones, iPads etc and not even Aware of what is going on around them.

I do have to say, I notice that myself as well when I’m taking the bus into town. About 80% of the people have no idea what is happening around them, for being so distracted by their mobile phones. Sadly enough…..this our Reality.

Don’t get me wrong, I do send a text when I’m on the bus, or listen to a Meditation or music, but somehow I always see the people when they get on the bus, so if there is someone who can use my seat I will give it up for them.

It seems that people in this moment of time are more into their own World, minding their own business and not really Care anymore for other people….in so many ways.

A Better World starts with yourself, and that’s totally true! We can’t create a Better environment if we only care about ourselves and have no eye for others anymore.

Let’s Create a Better World! Let’s pay more attention to each other, show people that you care, as You might need help one day yourself……. How would You feel?

Wear (on a crystal necklace) of Place at the Throat or Third Eye. Lapis Lazuli should be positioned above the Diaphragm, anywhere between the Sternum and the top of the Head.

Simple Chakra Cleansing Technique

You might have heard about Cleansing your Chakras, but how can you easily do this yourself?

There are several techniques available for Cleansing your Chakras. Some you can easily do yourself to keep on top of it and some you can let done by a Holisitc Practitioner, which is often more deep and intense.

Keeping your Chakras clean is very important to keep your Energy Flow smoothly running through your body. If Chakras are blocked by “debris”, which often comes through different kind of emotions, we can experience physical issues.

You can keep your Chakras “activated” through Meditation and focus on a specific Chakra or focus on all of them and Create a Clean Kundalini Flow. Also through Reiki Healing you can keep your Chakras healthy, clean and activated.

But a simple “visualisation” technique gives you the option to do some Chakra Cleansing yourself. I used this technique several times myself and I find it a pretty powerful technique.

As you know, or maybe not really, our Chakras “spin” like wheels. The spin / rotate in clockwise direction in a regular motion when they are activated and clean. When Chakras are “blocked” they might spin / rotate less regular because the Energy can’t flow through smoothly because of “build up debris”, like I mentioned before, mostly caused by several emotions and stress.

So the technique you can provide goes as follow:

When you’re in the shower, let the water flow from over the top of your head and let it flow from the top of your head all over your body.

Close your eyes, take a couple of slow and deep breathes as you bring yourself in a kind of Meditative state.

Imagine / Visualise that you “see” your Chakras spinning like Water Wheels.

Then imagine / visualise that the water from the top of your head, the pure divine water, goes down through all your Water Wheels, all 7 Chakras, and rinse all “debris and dirt” from it.

Move your imagination from your Crown Chakra on the top of your head, slowly towards your Third Eye Chakra, your Throat Chakra, your Heart Chakra, your Solar Plexus, your Sacral Chakra, your Root Chakra….and “see” all the debris and dirt being rinsed away into the “ground”, being removed from out of your body.

Keep your visual focus a few minutes on every Chakra and “see” how the water rinse that “water wheel” clean, “see” how the water goes over and through the “water wheel” and once you “see” or “feel” it is clean, move your focus to the next Chakra.

Go from top to bottom and once you “see” or “feel” that all debris is cleansed and washed away, you can open your eyes and come back to reality.

You might have to try it a couple of times, when you are not so familiar or practiced with visualisation, but once you master this technique you will start to feel the difference within your Self.

How regular you should do this is up to you. Some people like to do it once a week, on a Sunday for example to rinse out everything from the last week and prepare with a “clean” week. And some people do it when they “feel” it is needed. There is not a set period of time for it, but it is recommended to do it on a regular basis.
