1 table spoon Fresh Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Organic Honey, or to individual taste
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Place the Cayenne powder in a cup, then pour the hot water over it, add the Lemon juice and Honey and stir. Sip slowly once it has cooled a bit. The hotter you drink this, the better.
