How to deal with Unexpected Changes?

Sometimes situations pop up in your Life, at once or maybe you have seen it a bit coming, what sort of  messes up your steady Life at once.
How do you deal with that? What can you do that it doesn’t effect your mood or your whole comfortable Life you had till then?
Changes always happen, through your whole Life. Sometimes they come unexpected, sometimes you already have seen it coming for a while.
Sometimes those Changes are great! Sometimes they can be hard to deal with.
But when the moment arrives that, sometimes invariably, Changes are at your front door you need to deal with it, whether it’s something nice or not.
The best way to deal with it is Acceptance, I know, it’s not always easy to Just accept things how they are. Especially not when it’s a less nice Change that is about to happen.
But also keep in mind that Changes have a reason as well. Sometimes Changes are needed to help you grow or move you into another direction. But it can also be you need to experience the Changes as something you need to Learn from, though it’s often not always immidiately clear what you should Learn from it. That often comes out later ;-).
It surely doesn’t help when you get upset about it as this cost you a lot of Energy and it won’t change a thing either as when there are Changes need to be done, it’s just the way it is.
So, acceptance is the only thing you can do at this moment.
It also helps to pick out the Positive things in it. In every situation, in every Change or Happening is something Positive. You only have to allow Your Self to See and Recognize it.
Even when it’s just something minor, doesn’t matter, it helps with Accepting things as they are.
We always need to make the most out of our Own Life and so we should indeed. Changes and Situations are a part of that as well, if we like it or not. It’s on Us how to deal with it and how much we let it effect our Life.
The more you are capable of Accepting things as “it’s the way it’s meant to be” or “I can’t do anything about it anyway” the easier you make it for Your Self to deal with it.
It’s okay to feel Sad in a situation or when certain Changes are about to come, but don’t let the Sadness effect your daily Life to much. Try to focus on Positive and Happy things or things you like doing so you can put your Mind on something else and “forget” about the Changes.
You also don’t have to feel guilty when you feel sad as it’s a normal reaction when somethings happen we are out of control with. But again, don’t let it effect your Life too much as you need to keep moving and growing forward ;-).
Changes are not always bad either even when it seems so in the first place. It can have an Outcome you don’t recognize or realize yet but you will find out and know when the time is there for you to know.
Changes are meant to be as a part of our Journey, our Life, our Lessons and they will appear more than once as you know.
Accept Changes, good or less good, as it always has a Purpose :-).
